Regional VP Commercial Business Development
Alia Nasrullah brings over 15 years of banking experience to Apple Federal Credit Union with expertise in consumer and small business banking, SBA lending, operations and business process management.
She joined the Commercial Services Team in 2025 and is passionate about helping small businesses grow through personalized financial solutions. A graduate of the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business Executive Program, Alia is committed to professional excellence and community impact. She serves on the Boards of the Prince William Chamber of Commerce and the Manassas City Economic Development Authority and is actively involved in local volunteer efforts.
Peter DiBiasio
Commercial Relationship Specialist
Since joining Apple FCU in 2022, Peter DiBiasio has supported the Commercial Services Team with a focus on member relationships, operational efficiency and financial education.
His background in customer service and financial operations enables him to assist business members with care and precision. Peter is passionate about improving the business member experience and regularly engages in community outreach to promote financial literacy. He is committed to continued growth and serving with purpose.

Commercial Support Specialist
William George has over six years of experience in financial services and a strong background in member service, deposit operations and branch management.
Since his promotion to Commercial Support Specialist in 2024, he’s been a key liaison between branches and the Commercial Services Team, ensuring a seamless experience for business members. Known for his collaborative approach and dedication to service, Will mentors branch staff and supports internal operations to help businesses get the answers and support they need, when they need it.
